What we collect
When you call our assessment line, we collect your phone number (via caller ID), a recording and transcript of your call, and the email address you provide during the call. We also use your business name to look up public business information (Google Places).
How we use it
We use the call transcript to generate your custom AI assessment report. We use your email to send you that report. We do not sell, share, or market your data to third parties.
Retention
Call transcripts are automatically deleted from our voice vendor (Retell AI) after 30 days. Your assessment report lives in a private document shared only with you. We retain your contact info in our CRM for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@businessassessment.ai. We will delete all records within 5 business days.
NDAs
We sign mutual NDAs on request. Just ask during or after your call.
